Program Overview

The OysterShell: Collaborative Community Collective Impact Initiative will serve as a leadership and capacity-building program that recruits and funds fellows of color to organizations led by and serving people of color. Approved organizations will receive access to training and mentorship as needed to expand. The Melanated Pearl Corporation will engage participants in conversations with partners, entrepreneurs, and small businesses owners who fit our criteria to see if this would make a mutually beneficial partnership to advance the common goals in 2022.
